Returns Policy
Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has major defects upon delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized artwork
- Commissioned paintings or clay works
- Digital art files or downloadable products
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Handmade products with slight natural variations
Each handmade creation is unique, and small imperfections are part of the artistic process.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Product received damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- Order cancellation approved before dispatch
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong products received
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customized or made-to-order artworks cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing orders. Artpulsestudioz is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or courier service issues beyond our control.

Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping to ensure safe delivery and maintain product quality.
